FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
01 | What if I cannot pick up my flower subscription?
Due to flowers’ perishable nature, we are unable to hold them for an extended period of time. You can absolutely arrange for a friend or a family member to pick them up on your behalf! Otherwise, we will donate them to the barista working that shift. If you pick up on the farm, we will hold them for 24 hours for you before heading to the compost pile.
02 | Will my flowers be in a vase?
Our bouquets come vase-ready and will include 10-20 stems of freshly cut from the countryside flowers carefully wrapped in kraft paper.
03 | When will my subscription start?
You will receive an email with more details in regards to your purchased Flower Club Subscription, about 7-12 days beforehand to announce our first pick-up date.
04 | How do I best care for my flowers?
Use a clean vase, every time. So clean you would drink out of it.
Cut stems at an angle and remove any leaves that will be below the waterline. Add flower food (if you choose to use it).
Change water every second day. Trim stems as needed.
Keep arrangments away from direct sunlight, and direct heat.
Remove blooms as they fade.
05 | Can I order just one bouquet from you?
Head over to the shop! We can create a custom bouquet with 24 hours notice. We require you to pick up at the farm, or if you are ordering for a Tuesday or Thursday you are able to pick up at our drop location, Cedar Press Coffee.
06 | Do you offer bulk flowers?
We offer DIY buckets for you to arrange yourself for your special event! Buckets will come with 60 stems of “grower’s choice” cut fresh from what is currently blooming in the field. Depending on your design style, one bucket will allow you to create approximately 4-5 regular mouth mason jar arrangements, and is $95. We require 48 hours notice for our buckets. Either bring your own bucket for pick up at the farm or we will provide a bucket for an additional $5.
